     The main purpose of this research is to examining the relationship between emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence on employees' resistance to change, with emphasis on the role of mediation of psychological capital. This study was conducted on a random sample of 200 employees of Telecommunication Company of Khuzestan province. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, descriptive-correlational. The data collection tool was a standard and valid questionnaire with validity and reliability. The results of data analysis and analysis using structural equation modeling with Smart PLS software showed that emotional and cultural intelligence has a direct and significant relationship with the psychological capital with employee's resistance to organizational changes. Finally, some practical proposals, limitations, and research suggestions have been discussed in this regard.

    The aim of this study was to investingate the effect of job stress on organizational citizenship behavior and quality of work life with the moderating role of type of employment is moderating role. This study is applied and the type of data collection is descriptive and correlational. The population consists of all employees and contract official National Oil Cmpany and oil-rich areas in the south. Which includes 500 people. A sample of 217 was obtained using Morgan table. This is a simple random sampling. The data collected an analyeses with theusesof SPSS and PLS. Results showed that job stress has the opposite effect on organizational citizenship behavior and quality of life. And the type of moderates the role the effct of job stress on organizational citizenship behavior and quality of working life action.

There are many factors in an organization affect on employee resistance to change. Trust is one of the most important issues in this field.. The organizational health is one of the factors that can help organizations in order to achieve its goals, including change goals. As well as the importance of organizational commitment as a mediator researchers have noted.
    The aim of this study was The effect of Organizational Trust and OrganizationalHealth on Resistance to Change considering to Mediate Role of Organizational Commitment (In Ahvaz Municipality). Research methodology is applied and were selected by random sampling. the study population this Research have formed the Ahwaz municipal employees. Data collected through questionnaires, using spss software and pls were analyzed. The results of analysis indicate that organizational trust on opposite effect and significant resistance to change. Resistance to change had no significant effect on organizational health and Organizational commitment also has a significant impact on the resistance to change.

     The present study is adopted with the aim of assessing effect of management competencies and job attachment on organizational identity according to mediator role of organizational trust. In terms of purpose, this study is an applied research and in terms of research projects, it is a descriptive study in kind of survey. Statistical population of this study consists of all personnel of Department of Natural Resources of Khuzestan Province. Accordingly, a sample consisting 100 employees were selected and investigated using simple random sampling method. Applied instrument to measure research components include job competence questionnaire (Burg Alt); organizational identity questionnaire (Mile and Sforesh); job attachment (Canongo) and organizational trust (Alonen). Finally, using Structural equation model, research hypotheses have been tested and it has been found that job competence and attachment can have significant effect organizational trust and identity. Also, organizational trust and job attachment have significant effect on organizational identity


  23. بررسی عوامل موثر بر رفتار خرید کودکان مصرف کننده بازی های رایانه ای (مورد مطالعه: دانش آموزان ابتدایی 7 تا 12 سال شهر اهواز)

     One of the most important topics in marketing is the Study of consumer behavior and it is obvious that children are not separated from this issue. This research begins with this question: What factors have significant and positive effects on the selection and purchase of computer games by children? The aim of present research is detecting Effective factors on the buying behavior of children as customers or consumers of computer games and also, study of the impact of these factors on the buying behavior of children in Ahvaz. So, eight hypotheses were formulated. For this study, children were selected with an average age of 7 to 12 years. For determination sample, cluster and simple random sampling method is used. By Using a Cochran formula, 400 students were selected. In data analysis, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that factors such as parents, peers, Product appearance, price, media and advertising have a significant and positive effect on buying behavior children. But, the capability and easily access had no significant effect on buying behavior of the child. In addition, the gender was effective, which means the boys and girls have different buying behavior. Finally, recommendations are provided based on the results.

    Organizations, Over the past few decades have experienced significant change.global environment changes,workforce changes, technological, a strongly competitive environment or an economic environment that is increasingly, organizations have been forced to adapt. Employee, as an essential part of organization that highest will be dealing with change, they have different patterns of behavior against change.Considering the strong impact leaders have on organizational phenomena,and considering the key role of employees’ reactions have in determining the success of organizational change.This study seeks to answer the question that employees in organizations with respect to leadership styles servant, transformational and transactional versus organizational change what kind of behavior they exhibit? In other words, in this study, the relationship between leadership styles (transformational, transactional and servant) with the behavior employees against change in Ahvaz governmental organizations were investigated. The study population included all Ahvaz governmental organizations. Methods this is a descriptive study of the practical purpose. In this research to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used in SPSS, LISREL Analysis of data correlation and structural equations showed that leadership styles servant, transformational and transactional with acceptance of change by Employee has positive and significant relationship. leadership styles servant and transformational with indifference and resistance to change has a negative and significant relationship. However, transactional leadership with indifference and resistance to change is not significant relationship.


  25. شناسایی و اولویت بندی مؤلفه های مدیریت مصرف انرژی در صنعت سیمان با استفاده از تکنیک های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی ( مورد مطالعه : شرکت سیمان دشتستان )

    The present study has aimed to identify and prioritize the criteria and sub-criteria, influencing the selection of the fuels, as energy source alternatives for the cement industry. Besides, the proposed alternatives, including natural gas, Mazut, Coal, Coal-Water Slurry (CWS), RDF, TDF, and solar and wind energy, have been ranked regarding their relative values for utilization as energy sources in the Cement company of Dashtestan. For this, fuzzy multi criteria decision making (F-MCDM) techniques including Fuzzy-AHP and Fuzzy-TOPSIS have been assisted and the Shannon entropy was applied in order to compare their relative accuracy. After reviewing the related literature, the effective criteria and sub-criteria were preliminary selected and categorized, and then, screened using the Delphi technique. Based on the results achieved, 4 main criteria and 21 sub-criteria were finally identified. As the next step, the weight of each individual criteria (and sub-criteria) was determined through the pair-wise comparisons, carried out by the participant experts. The ranking process was then performed by adopting the fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS approaches. The results revealed that the "Economy Aspects" have the highest weight among the effective criteria. Also, "Natural Gas" and "Mazut" received the first and the second ranks, respectively, when both fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS methods were applied. However, the priorities of other alternatives, achieved by each mentioned methods were not identical. In this regard, the Shannon entropy, proved that the Fuzzy-AHP technique can be considered as a more precise method, compared to Fuzzy-TOPSIS to rank the alternatives


  26. بررسی عوامل موثر بر رابطة بین نوسانات غیر سیستماتیک و بازده سهام در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

    The present study aims to investigate the relationship among the volatility of cash flows and profitability with idiosyncratic volatility and its effect on the excess returns. This survey was done across all companies in TSE from 2005 to 2014. In last 285 companies were selected as sample. Research data include market information and Financial Statements are provided by Comprehensive Database of All Listed Companies, codal and, Tehran Securities Exchange Technology Management Websites and Rahavard Novin software. In this study, time series and panel data regression is used. In the first phase of research using fama and French Three factor model, idiosyncratic risk is Calculated Through standard deviation of the residual For the sample companies and then in second phase to find the relationship among idiosyncratic volatility and stock return use portfolio sorts approach with result of Previous phase for sorting portfolios. In the third phase for investigating effect of company quality as potential evidence for relative idiosyncratic volatility and return, we add other factors to fama and french three factor model and two other factors: profitability and cash flow volatility. Eviews software is used to analyze the data. The result of our Research show that stock with eligible fundamental performance and low idiosyncratic volatility have more return than stock with high idiosyncratic volatility.


  27. بررسی تاثیر محتوای احساسی پیام و اعتبار پیام تبلیغات ویروسی بر رفتار خرید مصرف کننده

     In recent years, viral advertising as one of the most effective and efficient methods that can be cause awareness, interest, testing and adoption of the product will appear. Viral advertising through voluntary transfer of brand violent provocation messages from one person to another for influence or persuade the viewer Message for act transfer it to others via the Internet. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of emotional content message (anger, fear, disgust, happiness, sadness and surprise) and authenticity of viral Advertising (trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness) on purchase behavior of consumers. This study, opinions 320 Internet users in the city of Ahvaz were selected by available sampling method. Data collecting tools was a questionnaire that sent to Internet users to form email with three short promotional films for the assessment of the emotional content of messages and authenticity of message. Methods and statistical techniques to describe and analyze data used include descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha test, structural equation modeling and software Amos. Analysis results show that the emotional content of the message and authenticity of viral advertising message has a significant impact on purchase consumer behavior


  28. بررسی رابطة بین تناسب شخصیت شاغل با شغل، تعهد سازمانی و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان ستادی شرکت فولاد خوزستان

    Abstract:

    In recent years, Human Resource Management (HRM) emphasis on employee personality
    characteristics and its suitability to the job as one of the most important success factors to
    achieve the goals of the organization and increase commitment and job performance. This
    study, has examined the relationship between between job-personality fitness, organizational
    commitment and job performance on a random sample of 297 members of staffing personel
    at the Khuzestan Steel Company. The results of the analysis of data that has been collected
    through valid questionnaires show that Khuzestan Steel Company in terms of job-personality
    fitness, is desirable (above average). As well as, the results showed that there is positive and
    significant relationship between job-personality fitness with organizational commitment and
    job performance. As well as, the results of Analysis of structural equation by Lisrel software
    showed that there is positive and significant relationship between job-personality fitness
    with organizational commitment and job performance. these study showed that jobpersonality
    fitness through of organizational commitment influence on job performance.
    The relationship between job-personality fitness and organizational commitment 81% and
    the relationship between job-personality and job performance was 34% .


  29. بررسی ارتباط عوامل رفتاری، نوع اطلاعات و شفاف سازی آن با رفتار سرمایه گذار در بورس اوراق بهادار اهواز

    Today, given the atmosphere of the Iran & world's capital markets, analyzing behavioral factors that influence on the decisions of investors, is very important. This applied study, to evaluate the effect of behavioral factors (biorytm mode, self-esteem, prestigue & rational behavior) and so the kind of information (public & financial) and transparency of information on the investors behavior, on a random sample of 292 shareholders & investors in the Ahvaz stock exchange. Collecting data is through the questioneries and method of data analysis, modeling structural equation using by SPSS & SMART PLS softwares. The results show that the kind of information and behavioral factors, influence on the behavior of individuals to invest in the stock market significantly. But, significant relationship between transparency of information and investor's behavior was not confirmed.


  30. بررسی رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با فساد اداری / مالی (مورد مطالعه شعب بانک های ملت شهر اهواز )

      The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of ICT on the reduction of administrative & financial corruption in the branches of mellat bank in Ahvaz. According to the total population, was selected a random classified sample, by Cohen, Morgan, & Krejcie (1970), 214 employees of the branches of mellat bank in Ahvaz and was based on data colletion. Data collected through questionnaires that have acceptable reliability and validity. Data analysis using structural equation by LISREL software, Showed that Application of information and communication technology (ICT) has significant influence on the reduction of administrative and financial corruption. In other words, two indecators; using of computer and banks softwares, led to a significant the reduction of administrative and financial corruption. But, using the internet & global communications services, no significant influence on reduction of corruption, and Even the positive relationship between these two variables was observed.


  31. بررسی تاثیر تطابق شخصیتی، کیفیت ادراکی و وجهه ی برند بر وفاداری به برند

    Brand loyalty as a key tactic in marketing is the most important concern in marketing studies since it makes the market responsive to the threats and leads to increased income. The goal of the current study is investigating the brand personality congruence, perceived quality, and prestige on brand loyalty. This research studied 260 people who were the owner of four different laptop brands: Sony, Asus, Acer, and Dell, in Kerman state. Independent Variables consist personality congruence, perceived quality, brand prestige and mediator variable consist attitude brand. we used SPSS and AMOS software, respectively. For testing the research assumptions, we used structural equations. The results suggest that there is no meaningful relationship between brand personality congruence and brand loyalty, but perceived quality of brand and brand prestige affected brand loyalty. Also the study verified the indirect effects of perceived quality, brand prestige, and personality congruence by considering brand loyalty.

    Human resources in each organization are the most valuable assets and they have a decisive role in effectiveness of that organization. Managers always strive for optimal utilization of these resources. On the other hand, without willingness of employees to cooperate voluntarily and spontaneously with the organization, it would not be able to increase effectiveness and improve its performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior with considering to the role of intervening variable (Empowerment of employees) in Bandar Imam Khomeini's Petrochemical Company. The results of study showed, there is a significant positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee’s psychological and structural empowerment and organizational citizenship behaviors. Also effects of mediator variable in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior were approved significantly.
